SUM Poland takes care of its customers.

Do you follow up with your customers to ask whether your product has met their expectations and satisfied their needs? We do. We contact the investor and ask how our covers are performing, whether they notice differences in energy consumption (energy efficiency), ease of maintenance of the insulated equipment, and improvements in workplace safety, among other aspects.
Of course, the most direct confirmation is a repeat order from the same facility or information from a new buyer that we were recommended. For us, this is the highest recognition – that customers pass our details on, thereby confirming that we are a proven and reliable contractor.

Some time ago, the maintenance manager of a plastics processing company shared his observations on how SUM Exhaust Guard covers perform at his facility. We insulated a large machine park consisting of extruders and injection moulding machines. These units had previously not been insulated because, as is often the case, the client was not aware that there is a technology specifically designed for this type of technical installation.
What were his observations after a few weeks of using the covers?:

  • At start-up, each machine required approximately 30% less energy than before.
  • The easy, tool-free removal of the insulation enables rapid access to any selected component. If required, any employee can remove and refit the covers on a given machine without difficulty.
  • In addition, the heat emitted into the production hall has been significantly reduced. Previously, employees were working in T-shirts, whereas now they “complain” that they need to wear long-sleeved shirts.

We know that our SUM Guard covers perform well even in highly demanding conditions, but it is always a pleasure to hear such confirmation from a satisfied customer.
