The work of our technicians often involves a range of situations where taking measurements and installing covers is challenging due to the specific location of the assignment. This is particularly the case in district heating chambers, where insulation works are carried out underground.

It is worth saying more about the specifics of working in chambers.
Before any work can begin, the district heating operator must check the presence of gases and the temperature inside the chamber. In many cases, the space must be thoroughly ventilated to reduce the internal temperature to a maximum of 40°C.
Work inside district heating chambers may be carried out by a SUM Poland team consisting of at least two people, operating under the supervision of an employee of the energy company. One person always remains outside the chamber as a safety attendant, maintaining visual or verbal contact with those working inside.
