Based on many years of experience in manufacturing made-to-measure thermal insulation covers, the SUM Guard technology was developed, combining modern insulating materials with well-considered and unique design solutions.
The wide variety of requirements and operating conditions imposed on insulation covers means that it is not possible to create a single type of cover suitable for all industrial applications. Therefore, within the SUM Guard technology, we have defined several core variants. Below are, in our view, the most interesting options:

1. Anti-static (EX) – SUM Antistatic Guard covers are designed for installation in explosive atmospheres (hazardous areas).

2. With heating cables (thermal insulation with a heating system) – SUM Heating Guard is an active protection system against crystallisation and freezing.

3. Fire-resistant – SUM Fire Guard covers are designed to protect and significantly extend the safe operating time of critical infrastructure components in the event of a fire.

The materials used in SUM Guard covers are fully resistant to weather conditions, to the effects of most chemicals encountered in industry, as well as to wear and mechanical damage, thanks to the high quality of auxiliary materials.
