Technical Development Specialists – SOT
Technical Development Specialists (SOT) are our employees who collect on-site data at the customer’s facility required for the production of insulation covers.
Each project begins with a detailed review of the technological process in which the insulated equipment, valve or technical installation operates, as well as the collection of information regarding its function and operating conditions.
We have developed our own measurement system, which enables us to achieve industry-leading precision and fit.
Our activities are comprehensive. We propose effective solutions and proven technologies by leveraging the experience and skills of a team of qualified specialists.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION STAGES
1. Free energy calculations and ROI analysis
The client receives detailed information on energy losses and return on investment.
2. Technical consulting
Our experienced team is always available to support the client, who can rely on appropriate technology selection, visualisations and CAD designs, remote project development using 3D scanning techniques, and many other services.
3. Measurement
Technical Development Specialists collect detailed data regarding the dimensions, shapes, spatial constraints, and operating temperatures of the equipment. The material composition and construction of the cover must be carefully designed to ensure the highest technical and functional quality, guaranteeing safe and trouble-free operation for years. Equally important is the ergonomics of the cover’s use – in addition to being adapted to the technological process, it must also be convenient to handle.
4. Installation
The finished covers are installed either by SOT or by the client’s own personnel.
Projects in Poland and abroad
Our Technical Development Specialists travel to customers throughout the country as well as abroad. They hold all necessary qualifications, including authorisations for working at heights, in confined spaces and tanks, as well as electrical qualifications (SEP), among others.
