We present one of our recent projects. Our Client, a leading manufacturer in the wall materials industry, entrusted us with the insulation of equipment at their production facilities.
In addition to standard steam installations such as valves, filters and gate valves, the end caps of autoclaves were also insulated at the facility. The operating temperature of these domes is 180°C–200°C.

The diameter of the domes exceeds 2 metres.
The challenge was not only the large diameter of the domes, which exceeds 2 metres, but also selecting an appropriate fastening system to ensure that the cover does not slip off these doors. The rotation of the end cap by several degrees during operation further complicated the selection of an appropriate technology.

Our experience in the design and manufacture of industrial insulation for special-purpose equipment once again proved reliable. The material composition and construction of the covers were selected to meet high technical and quality requirements.
Equally important was the ergonomics of use – the covers had to be simple and convenient to handle, while not hindering the daily operation of the autoclaves.
