SUM Guard thermal insulation covers are custom-made to measure.
SUM Guard thermal insulation covers are manufactured to measure, based on a specific order, for a designated piece of equipment or industrial fitting. The investment cost is influenced not only by the size of the technical installation, but also by factors such as the type of material used, the type and thickness of the insulation fill, and the fastening system, among others.
In the case of SUM Heating Guard series covers equipped with a heating system, the calculation also includes cabling and/or an electronic thermostat with a power supply cable.
Another cost component is installation – specifically whether our technicians are involved (the most common option), or whether the covers are installed by the client’s own team. In the latter case, the investor receives a complete information package, including an installation layout showing the arrangement of individual insulation elements.
This option is most often used by our international clients, but it was also successfully adopted by Polish customers during the lockdown period, when access for external workers to production facilities was restricted for safety reasons.
